The 16S High Voltage BMU (Battery Management Unit) is a slave acquisition module for distributed high voltage BMS solutions. Specially designed to monitor 16 series lithium cells, including real-time cell voltage, multi-point temperature detection, and cell balancing control.
Featuring high voltage isolation circuit, strong anti-interference performance, and industrial wide temperature design, this 16S BMU operates stably under high voltage conditions. Supports both passive and high-current active balancing to improve battery consistency.
With modular structure, multiple 16S BMUs can be cascaded freely to form high voltage battery clusters from low voltage up to 1500V. Communicates reliably with main BCU, perfectly matching our 3U rack-mount HV BMS. Ideal for C&I ESS, grid energy storage, off-grid solar storage, and backup power systems.
